Physical Education Program

Rite Stride is taking the concept of physical and nutrition education to a new level. We provide a progressive curriculum which follows NASPE guidelines. Our programs are fun and varied and are conducted in a safe and supportive learning environment. We offer unparalleled skills and knowledge and is delivered in a way to keep children of all ages engaged and motivated. Through step-by-step modules, children will develop a healthy attitude towards exercise.



Activities are sequential; therefore children will feel like they are genuinely making progress.


KINDERGARTEN

Explore basic movements and group dynamics in a fun and creative way, whilst building a strong foundation.

GRADES: 1 & 2

Develop gross motor skills whilst being introduced to new movement patterns and techniques.

GRADES: 3, 4 & 5

Master basic skills and enhance abilities in a variety of sports. E.g. soccer, basketball, volleyball, cricket, etc.

GRADES: 6, 7 & 8

Challenge fitness to new levels, to build and develop cardiovascular endurance, as well as muscular strength and flexibility.

GRADES: 9, 10, 11 & 12

Achieve fitness goals through participating in a comprehensive, total body workout. Discover important life lessons on good sportsmanship, teamwork and importance of regular exercise in life.

Our teaching methods are carried out on one-to-one equipment ratio, in order to help children remain focused and this is how we achieve 100% participation.

Detailed lesson plans and master schedules also make our programs easy and simple to implement. Rite Stride assesses students on a regular basis and gives the parents feedback on the progress of their child. This is where we excel in the quality!

We undertake all the sporting, fitness, assembly and disciplinary activities under one umbrella. We focus on consistent delivery and by far the best systemsand protocol for controlling, motivating and getting the most out of every child in every session!


Nutrition Program

At Rite Stride, we are taking a step in the right direction towards raising the awareness of healthier eating habits which in turn creates a healthier generation. Chronic disease numbers are soaring across the globe due to several factors including sedentary lifestyles, lack of play space and higher consumption of convenience food. India is no different and is not immune from these factors. With fast food joints springing up in every corner and busy parents choosing these types of food more often than in the past, we can only expect diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure and heart attacks to be on the rise. All the players (parents, schools, children) need to invest significant amount of time and energy to get away from this addictive cycle in order to make better choices. Rite Stride innovative nutrition curriculum works hand in hand with the physical activities program. Through engaging and interactive lessons, children learn essential lessons about how to reject junk food and opt for healthy choices one step at a time. The good news is that it is not late to change our unhealthy eating habits. At Rite Stride, our mantra is taking small but essential steps to ensure the next generation of Indians are in good physical shape.
